Whittington Castle

The recent extreme weather has left Whittington Castle looking extremely picturesque.  However we ask all visitors to the Castle and grounds to take care as water falling onto frozen ground makes for extreme slippery conditions underfoot.

We will endeavor to open as normal at the weekends but may close early due to weather conditions.  We ask visitors to bear this in mind when setting off on a journey to us and if in doubt please phone 01691 662397 first.

Please help us to keep the Swans, ducks and wildlife

fed during this extreme weather.
