Whittington Castle Events

The Castle does its best to provide a list of events throughout the year.  From Easter Egg hunting, Car Boot Sales, Family Fun days to Medieval Re-enactment.

Our largest event each year is our Halloween evening and Ghost Tours.

Baby Massage, a practical day of baby massage that concentrates on massage techniques and blending oils and creams that are safe to use on babies from 0 onwards.  This wonderful technique is relaxing for parent and child alike and can help to alleviate issues such as colic and sleep disorder as well as improve concentration, development and digestion.

The House of the Blackstar - Medieval Re-enactors encampment. Free event but £1 to park.

Colour therapy. This is an introductory workshop that will lead to a full course. This workshop will cover all aspects of colour therapy and will allow students to recognise the different ways in which colour therapy can enliven their life.Crystal therapy, this course will focus on the powers of crystal therapy and students will see a demonstration of a crystal therapy treatment as well as learning about dowsing, auras and chakras. Wedding Fayre at Whittington Castle. Free entrance.  Many exhibitors open 11-4pm.  Free entrance.

Ghost Tours of the Castle October 15/1622/23/29/30th

28th October

The Mysterium - A night of mind, magic and spirit with Rob Chapman.  Part talk, part magic and part suggestion.  It blends psychic style magic show tricks with simple hypnosis to create a show that pushes the boundery of what is real.  The recreation of  a Victorian parlor cabinet sceance also included.  Ticket only details to follow.
